Sick
I've had a nasty cough and sore throat for 5 days now, so I am officially sick.
I've also been listening to Michael Moore's "Dude, Where's My Country?", remembering all the crap that went on over the last few years. Now I am angry AND sick. And sick of this administration. Sick, angry and sick.
Plus my cell phone stopped working for no apparent reason, so I am angry that too. Sick, angry, sick and angry.
And peeved cause I was stuck at work til 10pm and missed out on celebrating St. Patty's by drinking Guinness at the ImprovOlympic with the people and the funny and the cheap beer.
Must think of bright side... There's a party tomorrow. My softball team finally won a game (without me). My daughter's current favorite game happens to be one of my favorites -- that always rocks (Agora , by Cheapass Games; she also loves Carcassonne... yea!).
Okay, now I can go cough myself off to sleep... fitful, angry, man-sleep!
